Chad Savage, M.D.

Dr. Chad Savage founded YourChoice Direct Care in 2015 to practice primary care with a clear, uncompromising focus on the patient. By adopting the Direct Primary Care model, he is able to prioritize his patients’ needs over insurance requirements.
Dr. Savage has been in practice since 2003. He graduated from the University of Michigan and earned his MD from the prestigious Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his residency at the renowned Washington University School of Medicine and Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO, where he developed strong expertise in managing complex medical conditions. He finds great satisfaction in helping patients improve their quality of life through healthier living.
Dr. Savage grew up in Hartland, Michigan, and is a former Motocross racer. He is happily married with two adult children, and in his spare time he and his family are active in their church and family activities.
Dr. Savage is a proud member of the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce.
Nicole Teasdale, FNP-BC

Nikki Teasdale is an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner born and raised in Michigan. She earned her BSN from Saginaw Valley State University in 2006 and her MSN from University of Detroit Mercy in 2011. She has over 10 years of experience in Family Practice, caring for patients across the lifespan with chronic and acute illnesses as well as routine general wellness and preventative services.
Nikki strives to develop a trusting and meaningful relationship with all of her patients in order to improve and maintain their health and wellbeing. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with family and friends, eating ice cream, and maintaining her own health and wellness.
Andrew Chambers, D.O

Dr. Andrew Chambers is a Graduate of the Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lillington, North Carolina. He completed his Family Medicine Residency in Michigan at Trinity Health – Livingston. He is board certified in Family Medicine and has a special interest in preventative care, Natural Family Planning (NFP), and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT). Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, exercising, cooking with his wife, and watching (and playing) ice hockey.
Dr. Chambers is thrilled to be practicing in the direct primary care model where the focus is appropriately on the Patient-Doctor relationship allowing him to provide the kind of time and personalized care he first envisioned when he chose to enter the field of primary patient care.
