There’s no bad time to receive excellent medical care. Without the third party restrictions of how doctors are reimbursed, you can now access your doctor by e-mail, text messaging, direct phone calls or even video conferencing. At YourChoice, the doctor is “in.”

Extended, Relaxed Visits

You won’t feel rushed through an appointment. This means you’ll have a better understanding of your care. That’s what we call personalized healthcare.

Same-Day and Next-Day Service Scheduling

Because our doctors reserve time for a select number of patients at the practice, there will be no “squeezing you in.” You’re a priority, and you’ll feel like one.

 

Wholesale Labs and Medication Costs

Our savings are extended to you. We will make every effort to ensure you know what it costs before you are charged.

Full Access via Technology, 24/7

You’ll be able to reach us and your medical information via internet, webcam, e-mail and text.

A Comprehensive Annual Physical

This exam will be fitted to your personal medical needs. It’s all about you, and your specific goals for wellness. A physical exam will be done, and appropriate tests will be ordered. We will also make sure you are up to date with recommended health screenings.

 

Minor Procedures and Labs

For example, cryotherapy, and the provision of certain skin biopsies are all included in your membership. If there is an extra charge for a service, you will know what it is before proceeding.

Consultation with Specialists

If you require a consultant for specialty medical care, our doctors will work closely with that specialist. By not having insurance contracts, our doctors have no network restrictions so you can choose the specialist you feel is right for you.

Additional pathology costs may be associated with sending skin biopsies, Pap smears and other testing to the laboratory for processing. Provision of procedures are dependent on location and severity.
