Dr. Chad Savage founded YourChoice Direct Care to practice primary care with a clear focus on the patient and their health. Adopting the Direct Primary Care model allows Dr. Savage to focus on his patients’ needs without worrying about meeting meaningless requirements set by insurance companies and Medicare.
Dr. Savage has been in practice since 2003. He received his MD from the prestigious Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.
Nicole Teasdale is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been providing care since 2011 across the lifespan to all ages with chronic and acute illnesses with a focus on routine wellness and preventative services. Nicole strives to develop a trusting and meaningful relationship with all patients to improve and maintain their health and wellbeing.
Dr. Andrew Chambers is a board-certified osteopathic family physician who cares for patients of all ages, with special interests in preventative care, restorative reproductive medicine, NFP, and OMT. Guided by a belief in the dignity of every person, he values collaborative relationships and provides personalized care through the direct primary care model.
